We invite local businesses, artisans, and entrepreneurs to apply for vendor space at this year’s Chihamba African American Cultural Arts Festival. Hosted at Jackson P. Burley Middle School in Charlottesville, our festival brings together a diverse audience to celebrate African American heritage, enjoy live entertainment, and explore various family-friendly activities. By becoming a vendor, you’ll have the opportunity to:

Vendor Space
Each approved vendor will receive a designated area (dimensions provided upon acceptance) to display items, distribute promotional materials, and interact with attendees.
Fees and Deadlines
A non-refundable vendor fee to support festival costs, including venue rental, security, and promotional efforts. The vendor application lists exact fee amounts and payment deadlines.
Early Bird Rate: You can save on fees by submitting your completed application and payment before the early bird deadline.
Regular Rate: Applies after the early bird period ends.
